Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP is one of the large accounting firms registered in Shanghai, China. At present, we have over 1,100 employees and nearly 350 CPAs. In the past three years, Zhonghua ranked 20th among the top 100 firms in China.

Zhonghua was established in 1985. Four decades of development

1985
Zhonghua was established in December 1985 and was one of the earliest registered Chinese accounting firms in Shanghai, China.
1998
According to relevant national regulations, it was restructured and separated from the Academy of Social Sciences, and renamed Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP.
2000
The “Huyin” institution formerly affiliated to the Shanghai branch of the People's Bank of China joined, and the firm was renamed Shanghai Zhonghua Huyin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.
2013
According to relevant national regulations, Zhonghua restructured from a limited company to a limited liability partnership, and was renamed Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants LLP.
